Under Oregon State Law it is required that all pets we service 6 months or older have an up to date Rabies Vaccination with valid documentation
B/B=Bath/Brush
Includes a shampoo bath, thorough drying, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and a detailed brush-out.
Full Groom
Includes everything in the B/T package and additionally a full body haircut or full feather trimming.
Feather trimming is common for breeds like Golden Retrievers and Australian Shepherds, where the body remains natural while the front legs, underbelly, and “pants” are neatly trimmed.
Clip Combs
For any haircut longer than the steel blade ⅝” (¾” & longer would require a clip comb)
B/T=Bath/Tidy
Includes everything in the B/B package and additionally feet trimming and a sanitary clip.
Patterns & Oodles
Includes everything in B/T package and additionally any pattern cut, breed cuts, poodles, or doodles of all types.
Deshed
A conditioning treatment is applied to the coat after it has been washed and is thoroughly brushed through. This treatment helps remove the excess undercoat in a healthy manner. After the coat is fully dried, specific undercoat rakes can be used to remove any residual coat that didn't come out during the bath and drying process.

Important Information:
All services include a nail trim. Dremel can be added for $5.
Optional upgrades are available for any service, including premium shampoos and a de-shed conditioner for an additional charge.
Matting Disclosure:
Any matting will result in a $10 charge per extremity (example: ear, tail, leg) or $15 per 10 extra minutes in severe cases. The groomer does reserve the right to deny dematting if too severe which will result in shaving mats out. In the event the dog is too matted and needs to be shaved before the bath and final haircut there will be a $30 charge added to the groom fee.
Puppies:
Puppies first grooms are recommended as soon as 72 hours after their third round of puppy shots. The puppies first discount does not include a full body haircut. It is meant to introduce your puppy to all the new sounds and feelings of the groom without overwhelming their minds too much.

We have a three day guarantee! If you notice something you’re not happy with, give us a call so we can make it right!
Handling fees can be accrued for extra hands needed for hard to handle pups and/or aggression. Special handling should be specified before appointment so it can be scheduled appropriately.
